Meet the Team

We recognize that all our patients are unique and deserve to receive orthodontic care that reflects their individual needs. Our experienced and talented team is committed to working with you and your family to create a comfortable, stress-free, and rewarding orthodontic experience every time you visit our practice.

We are pleased to welcome you and your family, and we look forward to working with you.

Office Manager

I am here to greet you with a warm smile and make you feel welcome. I love getting to know each new patient and the family, then watching them move through the smile-creating process, and seeing the transformation in appearance and self-esteem. As our office manager, I make sure everyone’s needs are met, from the patients to the employees. My goal is to make orthodontic treatment feasible for every patient. Everyone deserves a beautiful smile and helping to make that possible makes my job that much more enjoyable.

Away from the office, I always make time for a good podcast or book. I love to learn new things and apply those to everyday life. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my friends and family, along with my black lab Jax. Anything outdoors, including fishing, biking, or running, makes for a great day!

Ann Marie

Treatment Coordinator

When our patients come in for their first visits, I help them understand their treatment options and work out a financial arrangement. Having worked as an orthodontic assistant for more than 25 years, I still marvel at the wonderful changes that happen for a patient as he or she moves through treatment. I love watching the transformation and how happy our patients are when they see their new, perfect smiles for the first time.

I am a mom with two teenagers Mitchell and Natalie, two cats, and a geriatric dog. We live in an older home that needs constant attention and extra care, but when I’m not working on the house, I like to read and garden. We also enjoy playing games, watching movies, and trying new recipes.

Insurance Coordinator

When our patients come into the office, they can count on me to always be smiling and working to build relationships while helping to make the most of their insurance benefits. I love watching new smiles develop and knowing that I’m part of a team that truly transforms lives.

I live in Statesville with my husband Bruce, and we have two sons, Andy and Bailey. In my down time, I love spending time with my family and making cards and crafts. My pride and joy are my grandbabies, and I travel as much as possible to spend time with them.

Marketing Coordinator

I love sharing news about Zammitti & Gidaly Orthodontics and the care we provide. I’m enthusiastic about the lasting, positive difference orthodontia makes in a person’s life, and want people to know how it improves their oral health, overall health, and their smile. As our marketing coordinator, I am often the “face” of our practice: reaching out to the community and engaging with them.

Originally from Massachusetts, I moved here in the summer of 2010 with my husband Marc, son Chris, and daughter Macayla for the climate. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends relaxing at our lake house.

Ashley “Leigh”

Patient Coordinator

I began my career as an insurance coordinator and receptionist at the age of 17, and then became a certified dental assistant in 2008. When I moved to North Carolina, I started in orthodontics! I want everyone to have the best possible experience here at Zammitti & Gidaly Orthodontics, and do everything I can to achieve that goal, whether I’m greeting and scheduling patients or working on our social media.

I love spending time with my better half, Ryan, and our two small dogs named Winston and Senna. I love running and being outdoors, and wish it could be summer all year long!

Patient Coordinator

I received my dental assisting certification in 2010 and joined Zammitti & Gidaly Orthodontics in 2014. I greet all patients with a welcoming smile, schedule appointments, answer the phones, and process payments. My favorite part of my job is debond days, when our patients’ braces are removed and we get to see their new smiles. I have so much fun celebrating with our patients and the rest of our team!

In my spare time, my husband and I love to travel, spend time outdoors with our two labs Emma and Luke, and go to concerts.

Clinical Assistant

Watching the changes that happen in our patients, as they start to see how their smile is developing and they feel more secure in their appearance, makes Tammy smile. She loves being part of a team that helps people have healthier, happier lives.

Living in Concord with her husband John and their children Blake and Bailey, Tammy enjoys photography, watching sports, and spending time at the beach with her family.

Clinical Assistant

I joined Zammitti & Gidaly Orthodontics in 2012 to assist the doctors in creating beautiful smiles. I love seeing our patients grow and change during their orthodontic treatment. Their personalities really begin to blossom, the closer they get to their new smiles. Our office is full of great people who share the same goals and morals, which makes coming to work each day a real pleasure.

I’m a local from the Concord/Kannapolis area and have two beautiful girls, Maddisyn and Molly. Away from work, I spend as much time as possible with my girls, but occasionally get away for a shopping excursion.

Clinical Assistant

I work hard to ensure that all people who visit us have a positive experience while in our care: always making sure that they’re comfortable and enjoy their time with us. Since joining the team in 2013, I’ve assisted our doctors in transforming so many smiles, each more beautiful than the last. I love spending my days changing smiles and working with a great group of people.

Originally from upstate New York, I love living here in North Carolina. My husband and I have been married for 16 years and have two teenage boys. In my spare time, I enjoy spending quality time with my family and friends.

Clinical Assistant

I joined the orthodontic field as a “Go-To” girl in 2001 and started assisting in 2003. In 2014, I joined Zammitti & Gidaly Orthodontics! I love making patients smile, whether it’s during their appointments, or when we’re catching up on their way out. Everyone here is like my family, and I enjoy treating them like it!

I am a cheer mom to Syera and we have two Dobermans named Luke and Eve. I love riding my Harley, shopping, makeup, and all things sparkly.

Clinical Assistant

My favorite part of assisting our doctors in creating unique smiles is getting to know my patients and their families as they grow and change with our practice. Seeing their smiles at the end of treatment is worth it all! I also enjoy working with our doctors because they are easygoing, fun, and personable with our patients. We are always trying new innovative ways of treatment so we can provide the best possible care.

I’m a proud mom of a sweet little girl and I have a French bulldog. When I’m not straightening teeth, I am known as that crazy wrap girl! I’m usually outdoors at a park on the days when weather is nice and recently began participating in Girls on the Run with my niece.

Records Technician

I joined the team at Zammitti & Gidaly Orthodontics in 2014 to take X-rays and make sure that our office is compliant with all radiation and OSHA requirements. My position allows me to meet most of our new patients and watch as their smiles evolve from the beginning to the end of their treatment. I love being a part of a team that genuinely cares so much for our patients.

I’m married with four children and a dog named Uli. My husband and I have our own youth football organization called Mallard Creek Youth Football that serves ages four to 14. I love going to the beach, spending time with my family, and watching football and basketball. My all-time favorite teams are the Steelers and the Tar Heels!

Clinical Assistant

I worked in a dental lab for several years before joining Drs. Zammitti and Gidaly. I assist the doctors with adjustments and take X-rays and impressions for diagnostics and treatment planning. The best part about working in orthodontics is getting to know so many patients and watching them grow up into healthy, happy young adults with beautiful smiles.

When I’m not in the office, I spend most of my time in the company of my family and friends. I have been happily married to my husband Al for twenty years and we have three beautiful children together: Austin, Kaitlyn, and Ayden. I also enjoy going to the beach and working on my garden.
