Janet
Office Administrator
Janet moved to Charlotte from Kansas in 1989. She has over 15 years experience in the dental field as a front office administrator. She enjoys the one-on-one interaction with patients and their families and will always welcome you with a smile. Janet is the parent of two wonderful children, Casey and Logan. She enjoys family activities, walking, reading, football and Tarheel basketball.
Mandy
Treatment Coordinator
Mandy was born and raised in Salisbury where she still lives. She has a wonderful son Carson, and enjoys spending time with him. She has been in the dental field since 1998 and graduated from Rowan-Cabarrus Community College in 2000 with a certification in Dental Assisting. She enjoys meeting each new patient and seeing them through the consultation process. When she's not at the office, Mandy likes spending time with family and friends, walking, and watching football.
Amanda
Insurance Coordinator
Amanda is from Gastonia and lives there with her husband, Andrew, and their two children Heather and Josh. Amanda has been in the orthodontic field since 1999. She has always had a passion for orthodontics and is proud to be part of a team that shares that same passion. Amanda, being a certified dental assistant, has had the opportunity to experience orthodontics not only from the clerical side but from the clinical as well. She enjoys making each patient feel welcome and will always greet you with a smile. In her spare time, Amanda enjoys boating, traveling and spending time with her family.
Nerissa
Scheduling Coordinator
Nerissa is originally from Massachusetts. She moved here in the summer of 2010 with her husband Marc, son Christopher and daughter Macayla. They moved here to enjoy a better climate and for her son to race cars year round. She worked as a medical assistant for many years in MA. Nerissa now enjoys working at the front desk meeting and greeting each patient who comes into the office. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, shopping and gardening.
Lauren
Clinical Coordinator
Lauren is thrilled to be a part of the Zammitti Orthodontics team! She most enjoys seeing the transformation in patients' smiles and the confidence that builds as they complete treatment with Dr. Zammitti. Lauren is a 2007 graduate of UNC Charlotte with a BA in Dance and is the Owner and Artistic Director of Dance Fusion in Harrisburg, NC. After college, Lauren chose to further her studies in the field of Dental Assisting and has been in orthodontics since 2008. In her free time, Lauren enjoys cheering on her younger brother, Hunter, also a patient of Dr. Zammitti's, at his sporting events and spending time with family and friends.
Megan
Clinical Assistant
Megan was born and raised in Kannapolis, NC. She loves being part of a small town and enjoys the hometown feel of Kannapolis. Megan graduated from Rowan-Cabarrus Community College in 2011 with a certification in Dental Assisting. As a clinical assistant, she values getting to know each patient and their families. Megan spends her free time with her family and enjoys vacationing at the beach.
Susan
Clinical Assistant
Susan is from Kannapolis and lives there with her husband Chris and their children Shelby, Emma Rae, and Tucker. Susan graduated in 1998 from Rowan-Cabarrus Community College with her certification in Dental Assisting. She also received her certification in Orthodontic Assisting in 2002. She enjoys meeting new patients and seeing their smiles transform. In her spare time, Susan enjoys spending days on the lake with her family and scrapbooking.
Tammy
Clinical Assistant
If you're looking for a small town girl, then that would be Tammy. She is originally from the town of Troutman but now resides in Concord, NC. She has a son named Blake and a cute furry friend Sebastian. Tammy has been in the dental field since 1997 with degrees from Central Piedmont Community College and Wake Forrest University. Her goal in life is to assist Dr. Zammitti with creating beautiful smiles that last a lifetime. When Tammy is not in the office, she enjoys photography and quality time with family and friends.
Charlotte
Clinical Assistant
Originally from California, Charlotte has lived in Concord since 2006. She is married to Michael and together they have a son, James, and a dog Kiah. Charlotte has been in orthodontics since 1997. She enjoys greeting each patient and assisting Dr. Zammitti with creating beautiful smiles. She also enjoys camping, cooking, and spending time with her family.
